You & Me Lactation are formed to share knowledge in nursing and lactation with mamas in Malaysia.
In Malaysia, there are almost more than 80% postpartum women are suffering from painful breast engorgement, mastitis issues and due to lack of knowledge in breastfeeding, this group of mothers was gone through a horrible journey and lead to unsuccessful breastfeeding
With that in Mind, We spent almost a year doing research and development, going to a special course learn about painless lactation technique, before established You &Me Lactation Centre, to help breastfeeding mothers.

这是我的第二胎宝宝，没想到居然让我遇上塞奶跟一大片的小白点在乳头，乳房胀痛很辛苦，让我受不了想停奶。幸好遇到优泌泌乳中心，Soo 泌乳师的手法很好，而且真的是无痛的，让我一边通乳还可以休息，不小心就睡着了，她也教我如何后续手挤奶跟消除小白点的方法。
真的很推荐优泌泌乳咨询，泌乳师帮我把硬硬的乳房变成柔软的乳房给我。产后28天遇上塞奶问题，怎么按也按不出奶，挤奶器也没有帮助，真的是哭不出眼泪。幸好泌乳师帮我把硬块按松了，也没有痛了，而且过程是真的一点都不痛。
